Biloxi, MS came alive this weekend with more bagged and body-dropped lowriders than you can shake a switch at! The Mississippi Coliseum & Convention Center was packed both inside and out, and not even two torrential downpours could dampen the spirits of this show! But don't let the name of the show fool you, this event wasn't just for the frame-layin' fans. Scrapin' the Coast had a fair share of rat rods, tuner cars, old schools, and motorcycles - there were even a few Donks thrown in the mix!
